Thanks to its high technology and rapid development, now SY earns a satisfactory market share in the industry.This paper, first of all, tried to make a macro analysis on the industry characteristics, current status and development trend. Consequently it tried to make a micro analysis on the company itself with the methodology of SWOT analysis: its strength, weakness, opportunity and threats.
