NNW Company Analysis And Optimization Of Supply Chain System Vision

This thesis discusses how a core enterprise in an industrial cluster should establishand optimise its own supply chain system and achieve a highly effective development inharmony with the supply chain under such a large background of enterprise development inconnection with the theory of supply chain management and the development and practiceof the supply chain in NNW Company.This thesis starts from the theory of supply chain management, expatiating on theconcept of supply chain management, the actuality of supply chain managementapplication at home and abroad and the development trend of supply chain management.Then this thesis introduces the establishment of the supply chain management system ofNNW Company and conducts a detailed analysis over its actuality and existing problems,and derives the five major factors that influence the effective operation of supply chainsystem, i.e., management of the interior value chain of company, management of inventorylevel, management of logistical system, management of relationship with suppliers andmanagement of system integration. Finally, this thesis puts forward specific solutions oneby one to the above problems and makes a brief discussion over the safeguarding measuresNNW should implement in terms of cultivation of supply chain talents, improvement ofprocess and core resources according to the actual condition and capability of NNW. At thesame time, we also hope that this thesis can provide some reference to the enterprises athome that are similar to NNW.
