The real estate trades have already become an important component of national economy with the continual and fast development of the macroeconomy of our country. China has already joined WTO formally, the international real estate enterprise group must enter the Chinese real estate market, and most existing real estate enterprises of our country are having many disadvantages, for example inferior management, the small planning, the ability is low to resist risk and lacking competition ability, etc. The implementation and application of theory and methods of the project management in the real estate trade have established the good foundation, and played a key role for the real estate developer to develop in a healthy and steady way in the market of keen competition.This article through to A the real estate company T project analysis, discovered the questions of A real estate company which exists in the project operation management, in view of the questions, the union company's actual situation, has introduced the organizational project management maturity model (OPM3), and proposed A real estate company project operation management Countermeasures and the suggestions.To analyse the questions of project management in A real estate company by instance, putting forward the project management methods and modes ,to improve project management level of the project is the goal of this article.
