This thesis, consisting of 6 chapters, is focused on the setting of corporate human resource training system. Chapter 1: general introduction of the corporate human resource training. It covers the main significance of this thesis, significance of training, the trend of the training, simply introduced the textual research way of thinking and the frame of study; Chapter 2: A present condition and problems that discussed the corporate human resource training, and to the point that the human resource train, difficult, risk and evaded to make the elucidation; Chapter 3 analyzes to the need from the necessity, need analytical three layers carried on to discuss, and assist with the method; Chapter 4 deals with the training design and preparation, from setting training goals and training plan to designing training systems and training budgeting. Chapter 5: Training Implementation. It covers training planning, training preparation, training skills, the process control etc. Chapter 6 carried on the thesis from the contents, method, function and meaning etc. of the training valuation.This thesis covers the corporate human resource training in a progressive and logical sequence of corporate human resource training working process. It focuses on theory as well as on practicality, giving a new vision to the research of the corporate human resource training.
