Through the integrated use of theory of achievement motivation, self-efficacy theory and goal-setting theory to study their individual characteristics (characteristics of trait and state characteristics) the impact of the training effect mechanism, revealing between our employees individual characteristics and the effectiveness of corporate training relationship. Observation of workers with different individual characteristics affect whether the effectiveness of the training, employees of different individual characteristics of the training effect, evaluation of reference to enhance the effectiveness of training and corporate training managers of the business organization from a staff point of view. And the effective migration of the previous studies, based on the effectiveness of training is defined as the training, it refers to the concept of a whole, employees have learned through training, skills, attitudes, and their properties that apply to the extent and effectiveness of the work, istraining, training and training post-lateral study the impact of training before training and training post-longitudinal study of the factors combined process. In this study the factors that affect the effectiveness of the training include organizational characteristics (organizational emphasis on training, organizational climate, organizational culture, organizational justice, etc.) and staff of individual characteristics (achievement motivation, self-efficacy, attitudes, expectations, goal setting, etc.).Thesis is based on the Krikpatrick four-story training evaluation model, using structural equation modeling to test the staff of individual characteristics (characteristics of trait and state characteristics) the impact on the effectiveness of the training (training reactions and learning outcomes). The thesis, survey data from a company's training programs, the effective number of people involved in the investigation of about118people. The results show that the achievement motivation of the staff response to training, learning has a positive effect, ie, higher employee achievement motivation will be a significant performance in the training of staff reaction, and high achievement motivation to improve the training effect, whichto the effectiveness of corporate training. Reaction of the employees' self-efficacy training, and learning have a significant positive effect, that employees believe they can successfully learn, their training reactions and learning outcomes will be greatly enhanced. Employee goal setting reaction of the training, have a significant positive impact on learning outcomes, through goal setting in training to improve the trainees' motivation, thus affecting the training reactions and learning effects, and improving the effectiveness of the training.Through empirical research, not only for the study of the effectiveness of the training theory supplement, more trying to solve the existing problems in the corporate human resources development for the enterprise, enhance the effectiveness of corporate training, and improving training capital utilization to provide practical evidence of the source began to guide the enterprises to start from the individual employees to improve staff training efficiency.
