Engineering insurance and engineering guarantee is the most effective and widely used measure of risk control in international engineering community. Under such a situation that our country joined into WTO successfully several years ago, either insurance industry, guarantee industry or engineering community have gradually acknowledged the significance of engineering insurance and engineering guarantee as an economic measure on sustainable development of construction.Based on introduction of many theories of risk, construction project risk, construction project risk management, engineering insurance and engineering guarantee, finds out the risk source of the construction project, clarifies to establish risk management system, which makes the engineering insurance and engineering guarantee core in our country, has the important and realistic meaning for risk replies. Based on above theory, This article combines the risk management works of Xinda Finance Building to study the risk management and applies risk evaluate model, engineering insurance and engineering guarantee. Hope to have a function of establishing construction project risk management system and perfecting the risk replies measure of our country.
