Cosco Steel Supply Chain-based Procurement System To Build

This dissertation mainly researches the purchase system construction problem in based on The Supply Chain Management. Firstly, it introduced the related theories, concretely including the purchase and purchase management, the supply chain management, the supply chain environment of the purchase manage etc. It carry out the questionnaire about the purchase managed present condition of Nantong COSCO Ship Steel Structure Company,and discovered the company existence problem of the purchase management.To solve these problems, chapter 4 designs the purchase system of the supply chain management, including the company purchase system design basis thought, the classification and buy strategy of the different type supplies, the invite public bidding design for the strategic supplies, the electronic commerce purchase system design.Finally, it study the supplier choose and motivation problem. In the supplier choose aspect, it concretely analyze the relation between company and supplier, and design the supplier appraisal index and the index sign power heavy and the supplier evaluation quantity form. In the motivation aspect, it analyzes the principal-agent relation between the company and supplier, and designed concrete motivation measure.
