With the development of the economic, salary excitation has become the center part of the human resource management. The salary is not only an affirming or the recompense for the worker but also expected income which encourages the employee to work hard in the future. In the employee's heart the salary is not only the income but also representation of the personal worth, the acknowledgment of the company, even the skills, morality or the development of the employee. The reasonable salary system not only can inspire the enthusiasm and the initiative of the employee, promote them work hard to achieve the object and proceeds of the organization but also can help the organization attract the many outstanding and competitive employee. So, how to design and establish a scientific and suited salary system which can satisfy the strategy of the development of the company is full of significance for the domestic hotel in the fierce competition at today.On the basis of recognition of the importance and necessary of the design of the hotel salary system, the researching object of this paper is optimized design of the star-rated hotel salary system. At the same time because of the statistical data and the financial, managing and executive competence of the hotel, this paper pitches the subject on the star-rated hotel.On the basis of collecting, clearing up, summarizing and reaching some reference literature of the salary management and using the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper with the object of the salary management of the star hotel began with the basic conception and theory and studying the status of the star hotel and the main problem of the salary management, at the end of this paper we put out the optimized design method for salary management of the star hotel.There are five chapters: In chapter 1: this part introduced the significance of this subject and some referent literature and list out the advantage and disadvantages of this paper.In chapter 2: This part mainly introduces the basic conception and theory of the salary management, and the detailed factors which influence the level of the salary.In chapter 3: at first anglicized the development of the hotel and the status, the influence and the causation of the flowing of the worker. Than discussed the essential of the optimization of the salary system.In chapter 4: at first we introduced the objective, the principle and the steps of the optimization of the salary system design, than we introduced the construction of the employee in brief and the methods of the design of the system in detailed. At last the paper put the employee of the hotel in to three parts and put out the detailed construction of the salary system and the percentage of the salary system in the hotel.In chapter 5: in this part we list some basic items which the management must pay attention to.Through introducing the optimization of the salary system design, The object of the paper is to provide consulting for the management.
