Tianjin Distribution Of Human Capital Industry And Economic Growth Empirical Analysis

Social development and economic growth are always the problems that people showconcern for. Especially in recent years, as the coming of knowledge-based economy anddeveloping of information technology, scholar and the governments of all countries in theworld are more and more conscious of that human capital is the key factor in economicgrowth.Since the reform and openness, economic and social development of China has gotachievements of world interest. In this process, the contribution to economic growth ofhuman capital has become the focal point that lots of scholars pay attention to. Tianjin is animportant economy centre in the north. The level of human capital and human capital'scontribution to economic growth in Tianjin are project being worth studying.This paper bases on new economic theory, analyzes the status of human capitaldistributes to industries and contributes to industries growth in Tianjin.This paper has three parts. First part: theory introduce, search the history of humancapital theory and the theory of economic growth. Second part: take Tianjin as example,using census and economy general investigation data, measure human capital level insecondary and tertiary industries, then build the models of contribution of human beings toeconomic growth, calculate the human capital's contribution rate to these industries.
