Study Of The Development Model Of China's Agricultural Sightseeing Garden

With over 20 years'development, agritourism has become one of the main forms of tourists sightseeing, leisure, and vacation, which emerged in our country in 1980's. With agritourism development, all levels of governments regarded it as a driving force of raising the income of farmers and improving the aspect of the village, so that many agriculture and tourism gardens were constructed in village. However, the development of some agricultural and tourism gardens did not succeed for various reasons.Firstly, this paper discusses the basic concepts of agriculture and tourism garden, analyzes its types, function, significance and negative influences to the village. Then the model of the agriculture and tourism garden is classified and defined. Finally, the paper discusses the features, classifications, problems, and development strategies. The paper is composed of 6 chapters as follows:Chapter One: Mainly introduces the research background, research significance, research summary, research content, research methods and innovation.Chapter Two: In conclusion primarily on the basis of the results of previous studies, discusses the agricultural and tourism garden concept, type, features, functions, as well as the development of its negative influence and strategies.Chapter Three: Briefly discusses the status and the problems in the agriculture and tourism garden in our country.Chapter Four: Introduces the theoretical foundation and the development principles to develop the agriculture and tourism garden.Chapter Five: It's the main contact in this paper. Firstly, the development model of the agriculture and tourism garden is classified, which are the Primary agriculture and tourism garden, the High-tech agriculture and tourism garden, the "Nongjiale" agriculture and tourism garden, and the theme park agriculture and tourism garden. Then it discusses the course of development and the status, classifications, features, problems, and development strategies of the agriculture and tourism garden. Finally, this paper compares different models of the agricultural and tourism garden.Chapter Seven: Summarizes the view and conclusion of the paper, and makes the prospect of the future study.
