The Changsha Wangchengpo Economic Development Zone Sustainable Development Strategy

Under the new internal and international situation, how to carry out "Second Carving out" in Development Zone and realize its persistent development has become the brand new history theme faced by the whole people in our Development Zone. Certain developments have been achieved in ChangSha WangChengPo Economic Development Zone in the past 10 years, but compared with adjacent development Zones, some gaps still exist in the aspects of system innovation, investment environments, land-utilizing, management, services and so on. The key problem to be solved is that how to determines strategy orientation, build the strategy pattern not only compliance with our own resource and ability characteristics, but also meeting with trade development current, cultivating competitive advantage, improving market competition ability and implementing persistent development.In this article, combining with my practical working experience, making use of the relevant strategy management theory learned, reading lots of literature, comparing with other development zones' development history and model, learning their good experience, hearing the ideas and suggestions of some major leaders from relevant companies in our zone, I evaluate with impersonality the current development status of ChangSha WangChengPo Economic Development Zone, design its consistent development strategy and bring out that the implement of consistent development strategy should be ensures by many methods, such as innovating management system, optimizing development environment, intensifying utilizing land, regulating industry construction and so on……At the same time, the suggestion of elusion and precaution is also given in this article about the strategy design.
