Study On Development Strategy Of Jinchuan Development Zone In Hohhot City

Development zone as an area of significant economic growth point,it bears the important task to promote the development of regional economic development,and has promote,radiation and exemplary role,is an indispensable link in China’s economic structure.After the development of,the development of development zone is gradually exposed some problems and shortcomings.For building development zone into the real increase of economic development zone,reform and innovation experimental zone,industry agglomeration area,urban development extension and the high talent reserves area,we urgently need to stand on a new strategic height and starting point,boldly expands train of thought,to re-examine its advantages and positioning,confirms new strategy of the development zone,makes the development zone real shoulder the mission that history given,this is also the key to decide whether or not a development zone sustainable development problem.This paper argue,in the process of development zone development and construction,misunderstanding and system defect is the root of many problems.As the main development zone planning,have more project to " big ",number " many " is the main embodiment.In order to achieve outstanding results,projects often "short,stable,fast" became the main target of investment,excessive concerned about the number and size of the enterprise,does not attach importance to the planning of the industry.The existence of these problems,which restricts the continued development of the development zone.Therefore,in the next phase of construction of development zones;on the one hand,the need to strengthen the improvement of policies,laws and regulations;as the goal,but we also need to build the system of industrial clusters to avoid redundant construction and blind competition,foster regional core competitiveness.Since Hohhot Jinchuan development zone established on August 8,1992,passed 22 years of development,especially in July 2000,approved and upgraded to national development zone by the State Council,it has entered a new stage of development,standing at a new starting point.So how to deal with the development of the future,is the main problem facing. Therefore,this article selects Jinchuan development zone as the research object,a study on system of its development strategy.First,on the basis of the introduction of Jinchuan development zone,believe that there are many advantages,and are also disadvantages.Second,through the analysis of the strategic,puts forward the strategic positioning,strategic target,strategic mission and strategic steps.In the end,the strategic implementation safeguard measures was presented.
