This thesis mainly deals with the motivation of marketing manager.When it comes to the Knowledge Economy Age, the Human Capitalthat clings to marketing manager becomes a kind of important spirit ofmodern company's value.This text has explained the concept, quality and demandcharacteristic of marketing manager, then summarized and encouragedrelevant literature surveys with the marketing manager of enterprise,including basic motivational theory and human theory at present of thefield. To Hunan feed trade, this text descripted its trade background andcurrent main measure of motivations, defect of the motivations. Themain flaw of the trade motivations is unsatisfied salary and littlelong-term motivations, the simply inspection way is its reason too. Thistext also carried on cause analysis of the motivations defect. Accordingto the above-mentioned analysis, this text has put forward the principleof improved marketing manager's motivations of feed trade and gave themarketing manager's motivations salary's model based on overall salarystrategy. This text also gave an examination model under the AHP andKPI. The construction of the intrinsic salary and external salary is thefirst thing on the trade motivations. Manner, ability and achievement isimportant on the trade inspection mechanism.Finally, a case is analyzed to show how to motivate the marketingmanager efficiently.
