With the severe situation of antidumping to china's export and thedeficiency of research on early-warning system for antidumping tochina's export, this paper presents early-warning model for antidumpingto china's export, in the interesting of enriching the research onearly-warning for antidumping to china's export. To some extent, maybeit helps government control and reduces the number and the damage ofantidumping to china's export.Firstly, this paper expounds the definition of dumping andantidumping and summarizes the current research on antidumpingproblem. Secondly, the paper analyzes the situation and the feature of theantidumping to china's export and probe into the cause of antidumping tochina's export as well as the negative impact on china economy. Thirdly,the paper proves the feasibility of antidumping early-warning in term ofeconomic part through building the reaction function of foreign companyand the necessity of antidumping early-warning through game model.Furthermore, the index system of early-warning system for antidumpingconsist of the five aspect—home macro, home micro, foreign macro,foreign micro and mutual relation. Through panel investigation to 16experts on antidumping from university, government and enterprise, thispapers use the Fuzzy triangular Analytic Hierarchy process, to get theweight of the indicators. Then, after respectively non-measuring thequalitative indicators through the subjection function and the quantitativeindicators through the grade evaluation model, the papers evaluate theindicators and total the evaluation of indicator, while judging theearly-warning grade of antidumping to china's export. Last, theearly-warning model is tested through the case of United States'antidumping investigation on import of the finished diamond sawbladesfrom china, which show the model developed by the papers is effective.
