Finally, the author analyzes therealistic way to construct the tourist resource development ethic order,namely strengthening morals propaganda and education, promotion moralautonomy in the traveling correlating personnel; Strengthening thegovernment macro regulation and control; the tourist resource developingbehaviors committing to norms, bringing honor to the nationaloutstanding cultures, and building health traveling environments, and theenterprises of the tourist resource development being clear their socialresponsibilities, and autonomy management under the guidance of moralnorms.
