Based on Demand Theory, Double-factor Theory, Equity Theory, this thesis analyzes the factors influencing employees' satisfaction as well as impacts on corporate performances. Using proof investigation method, comparison analysis method and induction, the thesis found the actual condition and main influencing factors of employees' satisfaction in Hunan Telecom. Then, by adopting regression analysis method the thesis proof-tests the inpacts of the work complexity, requirement and the living condition on employees' satisfaction. The results show that the relationship between the work complexity, requirement and employees' satisfaction is a inversed U. It means that under the high work requirement, those employees who feel their capacity suited to work can experience more satisfaction than those who feel their capacity unsuited to work, and that those who feel less living condition stress can experience more satisfaction than those who feel more stress. On the basis of proof investigation and proof test, this thesis proposes some ideas and ways to improve employees' satisfaction in Hunan Telecom. They are: to encourage person-centered leadership manner, to design scientific and effective pay system, to establish flexible employee development mechanism, to adopt quantified performance management, to stress high quality training, to reshape all-around communication channels, and to upbuild personalized corporate culture.
