With the rapid development of information technology, China’s telecom industry completed a major reform in2008, the telecommunications industry gradually come to the market. As the traditional business of China Telecom, broadband services challenges faced strong competitors combined in the reform. With the promotion of triple play, Radio and Television Company are also converted to competitors. Hunan Telecom how to deal with the current rapidly changing market situation, to maintain its broadband business advantage has become an important issue. Common theoretical perspective, and as the object of study Hunan Telecom broadband business development strategy has important practical significance for Hunan Telecom to develop broadband services to improve broadband performance, but also from a business analysis on the development of broadband services, telecommunications and other provinces to provide some reference.Mechanisms for problem management, products, systems, sales channels, af-ter-sales service support system and other aspects of Hunan Telecom broadband ser-vices currently exist to analyze the internal reasons. On the basis of analysis of the macro environment and competitive environment analysis predicts the development of broadband services Hunan Telecom market needs. SWOT analysis showed that Hunan Telecom should adopt strategic offensive SO broadband services market. Specific business strategies unfold from two aspects:the first is a comprehensive leadership strategy, Hunan Telecom should give full play to existing resources to build networks with leading products, leading sales channels, customer service, leading edge; fol-lowed by the industry-led strategy, leading to the construction of open broadband in-dustry value chain cooperation, establish a "win-win" mechanism to promote the overall development of the broadband industry value chain collaboration. All broad-band business development strategy should follow the steps required to implement, and in order to achieve the desired effect, from the institutional, technological inno-vation, the four aspects of human and financial resources to provide safeguards.On the status of broadband telecommunications services Hunan analyze a set of tailor-made for the company in its own market position and strength of the develop-ment strategy, hoping to improve the operating performance of the company’s broad-band services, broadband services, driven by the enthusiasm of the marketing staff, enhance customer loyalty, and thus maximize the gain market customers, the com-pany’s business goals and achieve sustainable development. Meanwhile, we hope this study can provide a reference for the development of other domestic telecommunica-tions enterprises broadband services.
