Nowadays, with the rapidly development of the new economy, the speed ofinformatonization is expediting. Accompanied by the development of informational technologyand the operation of globalization, the strength and frequency change of competitiveenvironment between companies, and competition it self are keeping on strengthening. Thesurvival and development of enterprises are must based on knowledge, technology, andorganizational continuous reformation and creation. Following the stream of globalknowledgeable economy, the circle of enterprise has a new recognize of the value of knowledgein heads, and consequently, the management focus transferred from the employee who has laborcontributions to mental contributions. Intellectuals will play a more and more important role inthe enterprise managements. The competition between companies now focuses on the intellectualemployees, who are the combination of knowledge, data and technology. The management of allthe factors of economic managements can be rooted as the high diathesis employee—themanagement of knowledgeable employees. It is the critical factor to enterprises' achievements.Benefited by high level of education, mastering of professional technic and capability, they havehigh freedom and creation. They can be trusted for tasks as the engine of enterprises; and on theother hand, if they leave because of poor managements, their damage to the enterprise isunpredictable. So how to manage and encourage these knowledgeable talented employeesbecomes a new challenge to the Human Resources Dept. by idea, method, and measures.The theory of humanism managements has a very long history, many scholars studieddeeply in this aspect. But humanism managements based on what of human is not very clear.According to this, this thesis applied the knowledge of economy, management and psychologyetc., analyzed the necessary of for enterprise to accomplish the Personification Human ResourcesManagements, from the angle of personality, and carefully analyzed this mode of managements'intention, basic characteristics, and its management system. It embodies the former HumanResources Management theory based on personality and is a beneficial and necessarysupplement of it.Personification Human Resources Managements mode is significant in our daily life.Recently the knowledgeable talented person becomes the focus of human resourcesmanagement.. This mode trying to construct simple and scientific organization like flat or matrix,and adopting unhindered information communication channel and kinds of encouragements, inorder to build up a kind of harmonious, encouraging enterprise culture, and provide to theknowledgeable talented employees a amplitude platform for them, to help the enterprise can really keep both their feeling and the talented person.
