The Study, Based On Process Improvement Of Software Quality Management

The quality control of software, core of the information technology, should be highlighted. Different from traditional industrial products, the process of software development is at the same time as the process of producing. Thus traditional methods of quality control of hardware obviously could not reasonably be adapted to quality management of software.This thesis, based on the researches done by others, has probed into the theories and methods of software quality management which are currently applied in the universe.The focus lies on two of them: ISO9001 quality management and CMM (Capability Maturity Model for Software). The author has drawn a comparison between the two systems and integrated the regulations. Then the author promoted a new system of software quality management which is based on the frame of ISO9001 and complemented with the key process area of CMM.Finally, aiming at process improvement, the author has put forward a validity requirements system of scientific quality management and, out of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, a validity evaluation system specified for software quality management, which is a combination of fuzzy integrated evaluation and the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).
