Quality management is an important part of organization management.Perfect quality management system can help organizations to improve the quality of products and services,establish their own brands,meet customer needs,and help organizations achieve goals and vision.ISO9001 quality management system requirements is to help enterprises establish and improve the quality management system of a set of international standards.It is an important management mode of total quality management theory in practice.This paper takes the D company software enterprise as the research object,identify and analyze the quality problems of software maintenance process of software enterprises in particular,and use of quality tools for mining the cause of the problem,improve the quality problems,so as to improve project quality,reduce project cost,improve customer satisfaction.So the company D project operation service process is more suitable for ISO9001 quality management system requirements.At the same time,the quality problems of D company's overall quality management system in recent years are summarized and analyzed.We have a depth study in the quality management problems of D company,the reasons,and how to improve the quality management.At the same time,the way to improve the quality management system of D company will to be some suggestions of the company which want to improve the level of quality management.This paper uses the method of case study.The combination of ISO9001 quality management system requirements and quality management system of company D,to explore how to improve the quality management of software enterprise,and how to meets the requirements of the ISO9001 standard better.Exploring a new way for the future application and development of software enterprise quality management system improvement of ISO9001 standard in software and service enterprises in the future.
