Along with the swift development of science and technology, the internationalizationand globalization trend become clearly day by day, and the world economic competitionbecome fierce. How to create and keep the advantage in competition has already been thefirst problem of the existence and development for each enterprise. The worksitemanagement is more important for manufacturing company. The 6S management modelcarried out in world-wide is one effective method in improving the worksite managementlevel. At the beginning 5S management model is viewed as the most basic and practicaltrump for every company, especially for the industrial corporation. It's also extensivelyused in America and Europe. Later on the basis of 5S management, China enterprises addthe word "safe" and get the 6S management model.Under the market economy, chenguang Group as a large comprehensive mechanicalmanufacturing corporation must improve the worksite management level to improve theproduction quantity and increase the core competitive power of enterprise.This article research deeply in following parts: the general summarization of 6Smanagement, the practical development of chenguang group, including why chenguanggroup need to implement 6S management, the practical course of pushing on the 6S inchenguang group, the main used methods during the process and the revelation brought bycarrying out the 6S management in chenguang group.The text considers the "6S Practice" as the basic teaching material to do the research.Under the aim of developing company, this article researches the necessity andpracticalness of pushing on 6S management in enterprise to support the enterprisedevelopment and progress. On the basis of SEIRI, SEITON, SEISOU, SEIKETSU,SAFETY and SHITSUKE, the thesis also researches the incidental problems inimplementing the 6S management and the measures to solve these problems.This article tries to combine the theory and practice to research the origin, process andresult of pushing on 6S management in chenguang group, and it will help the future work.
