Medium Density Fiberboard Project Assessment

Project subsequent appraisement is an indispensable process in a project cycle, andan important means of project decision management. It is significant to theimprovement and perfection of project decision-making and the increase of economicbenefits.The theory of the beginning and development of subsequent project appraisementare reviewed and summarized in this article. This paper makes an over all andsystematic analysis and probe into the theory and application of investment projectpost evaluation. On the theory basis, a case study of project subsequent appraisementoft he MDF construction project of Yongan Forestry (Group) Joint Stock CO.,LTD. isgiven in this article, and the advance preparations, construction and completion of theproject are summarized; and the main technical and economic index are analyzed incomparison in this article. The project is graded A by use of project successappraisement chart.Finally, the evaluation of this paper has certain reference value for decision-makingand management of future investment construction project.
