Research On Post-Evaluation And Case Study Of The Electric Power Project

Post-evaluation is an important part of the project life cycle, although post-evaluation is at the end of the project life cycle, it is an indispensable important means of project decision-making management. Post-evaluation is related to project target, project execution and project benefit, as well as the project decision. Through analyzing the project to summarize the experiences and lessons, achieve the goal of scientific, standardized project. The post-evaluation feedback information can guide the decision making and management of future projects.This article mainly analyses the structure of electric power engineering project, the evaluation index, the weight and score after design mathematical model of evaluation system, evaluation of power construction projects in the future to provide important basis. The main research content are as follows:This paper introduces the development status of project post-evaluation at home and abroad and its development trend. By discussing research methods and research contents of project post-evaluation, we can build an evaluation model and it will act as a reference for future projects.Secondly introduces electric power construction project basic post-evaluation methods, mainly introduces the comparison and analysis, logic diagram, analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the artificial neural network.The third chapter introduces the main content of the evaluation of the electric power construction project, mainly including the project goal of post-evaluation, process evaluation, economic benefits after evaluation, project effect after evaluation and sustainability evaluation.The fourth chapter introduces the whole process of designing post-evaluation index system framework, established a relatively complete post-evaluation index system of project evaluation.The case analysis is mainly based on the established post-evaluation index system for X project in the wind power construction industry, and then proved the practicability of the designed post-evaluation system.At last, we sum up the research content of this article, and put forward the future improvement and study direction.
