Harmonious Development Of China's Agricultural Research

Socialist harmonious society is target of our efforts that our Party has put forward in the new time, which is a project of systems that consists of not only economy, politics, culture and society but also agriculture, industry, commerce and so on. Whether agriculture , as basic production of national economy , can realize the harmonious development or not ,that is most important for socialist harmonious society.The article defines the harmonious development of agriculture and its basic feature on the base of deeply understanding harmonious society and the mentality of scientific development, and sets forth the ways and conditions to realize the harmonious development of agriculture by scientifically elaborating the presentation of the disharmony of agriculture development and analyzing the cause of it.The article consists of five chapters .In the first chapter , it states the theory about the harmonious development of agriculture summarily , which includes the definition and basic feature of the harmonious development of agriculture .It points to that the harmonious development of agriculture is an important part of socialist harmonious society , and that agriculture develops harmoniously will help to achieve the goal of socialist harmonious society; at the same time it emphasizes that it is under the guide of the mentality of scientific development that agriculture can develop harmoniously .The second chapter is "Experimental analysis about the disharmony of agriculture development". It mainly explains and demonstrates that under the traditional system and the market system in the course of agricultural development there are plants of the disharmonious aspects by many numbers and examples , which consists of set-up of agricultural production , structure of agricultural product and so on.The third chapter is "analysis for the cause of the disharmony of agriculture development" .It mainly analyses the causes of the disharmony of agriculture development from hindrance of the system , strategic deviation and policy defect , effect from quality of farmers themselves and from rural basic organization and so on.The forth chapter is "way to cope with the harmonious development of agriculture" .It is emphasis and difficulty of this article .The article tries to seek the way of the harmonious development of agriculture from four sides , that is , establishing harmonious and orderly mechanism of agricultural development , building up harmonious set-up of agricultural production , building up harmonious structure of agricultural product, constructing "four aspects as a whole" pattern of agricultural cycling-economy.The fifth chapter is "external conditions to realize the harmonious development of agriculture" .It explains that the harmonious development of agriculture will need beneficial interacting-mechanism between city and countryside , harmonious and fair income distribution system social security system of the harmonious development of agriculture.The article provides a good probing-way to solve the problems of agriculture , countryside and farmers , which is of great sense for socialist harmonious society .
