Study, Based On The Lowest-cost Sme Erp Implementation Strategy

According to statistics, the number of Small & Medium Enterprise(SME) in China hold 99.3% of all enterprises, is an important force in China's national economy. China's economy in recent years with the rapid development, that SME's management issues are more and more attend in China. ERP is an important management theory, many companies use it gained tremendous operational efficiency, but more and more enterprises have ended in failure. Whether SME through the implementation of ERP, using ERP advanced theories and management thinking to improve the management level of confronting the issues before us.This paper first outlines the SME's ERP applications, as well as their current situation and the importance of China's economic development. Then on SMEs misunderstandings during implement ERP were analyzed, by analysis leads to the need for and feasibility of ERP. The text quoted an ERP project has been implemented, by case analysis summarizes the reasons for the failure. The latter part of the article, aim at the case analysis and study the strategy of SME implement ERP, that the first update the concept when ERP implementation for SMEs than for large enterprises play a key role; and then analyzed in accordance with the law of the project life cycle phases and stages layers and progressive implementation strategy, SMEs can effectively reduce the difficulty of implementing ERP, increase the success rate. Targeted at SME in the implementation of the ERP based on the lowest cost for each specific strategies discussed, including: the establishment of objectives, ERP product selection, data preparation, training, project control, and many other aspects, SMEs and large enterprises should have some different approaches or different the focus request.SMEs as a special social group, there are many aspects to our analysis and research. In this paper excerpt a trading enterprise through the analysis of their ERP projects, bring forward some basic points to help SMEs upgrade the successful implementation of ERP and make contributions to promote the management level, and also hope that this article can be bring more attention to China's SMEs and SMEs information.
