Management Game is an international comprehensive course with both management practice and educational meaning designed by Carnegie Mellon University. MG project simulates a virtual multinational competitive environment. In. this simulated environment, the responsibilities and management involve marketing. production and finance etc. A management group usually consists of5to6MBA students who manage the virtual multinational company together. Each company manufactures and sells two types of wrist watches, price sensitive wrist watches and quality sensitive wrist watches.PUNC International Watch Ltd. Co. is a company set up in virtual environment by a group of MBA students from Northeastern University class07MBA2. There are six members in the management group each of them plays the role as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Marketing Officer of Glory products, Chief Marketing Officer of Gorgeous products. Chief Operating Officer of Glory products. Chief Marketing Officer of Gorgeous product and Chief Finance Officer respectively. The author of this dissertation is Chief Marketing Officer of Glory products who are in charge of marketing strategic management of Glory product. Therefore, this dissertation was written based on the marketing strategic management of PUNC International Watch Ltd. Co.’s Glory product in MG project.Firstly, this article takes an analysis on the running environment that PUNC. Ltd. Co. was in and makes a marketing strategy as well as concrete targets of each year from2009to2011according to the data from the past5years. Furthermore, it also describes the execution and adjustment of the marketing strategy during the process of operation as well as the summary and evaluation of the results from implementing this marketing strategy. Finally, on the basis of the operating results of PUNC Ltd. Co. in this consecutive three years, it outlines the future developmental prospects and its strategic planning in the following three years.
