Following our country's market economy development, fast moving consumer goods industry already achieved a extremely mature and intensive competition stage. Besides, with economic growth and consumer architectural improvement, residents spend more money on touring, gourmet, etc, which brings new opportunities for the development of fast moving consumer goods. But to the FMCG industry, due to fierce market competition, rough cost pressure and same channel, enterprise has to consider to introduce another kind of market creation.With concept changing, people has accepted on-line shopping way gradually, internet marketing already becomes one of enterprise future essential survival basic conditions. How to carry out FMCG internet marketing attracts more and more enterprises and the general public's attention and exploration in the present stage under macroenvironment. To FMCG enterprises in our country, on one hand, domestic internet marketing has just started, on the other hand the foreign competitors attacking the Chinese market and launching internet marketing, So put forward a complete FMCG internet marketing theory to deal with, which have a important meaning to improve FMCG enterprise's competitiveness of our country.This thesis sums up the fast moving consumer goods and internet marketing theory; introduces the fast moving consumer goods and internet marketing current situation; analyzes present consumer's attributes according to accurate research data, and combines the macroenvironment of FMCG internet marketing in our country to analyze the market and the competition, and bases on this foundation to subdivide, choose and localize market, then proposes our country FMCG dealer's internet marketing strategy.
