And for highway transport hub in less developed areas, it is the law of developmental direction that it may transform itself into logistics park, which can use its strength and can integrate and complete logistics infrastructure. However, it is the focal point for government and enterprise that how to grasp the construction direction of logistics park in high way main center city. Based itself upon current situation, seized the future, this thesis analyzes location condition, socioeconomic situation, energy level of traffic facilities deeply. On the basis of above analysis, this thesis studies the evaluation methodology of sufficiency between the construction projects and urban development systematically and synthetically, which includes several factors: construction scale, investment mode, national economy and social value, and also sets up the corresponding evaluation target systems. Moreover, it replies the practical question objectively, with which government and enterprise meet, and points out the construction direction of logistics park in high way main center city for them.Based on prediction method of logistics demand of construction projects of logistics park, this thesis builds and applies Single-element Regression Model, Multiple Regression Model and Grey System Model separately, which forecast logistics demand of logistics park. From contrasting the three models, it comes to the conclusion that Grey System Model can be used in forecasting logistics demand of logistics park with advantage in high way main center city.Data Envelopment Analysis applied, this thesis establishes investment scale evaluation model of construction projects of logistics park in high way main center city and uses computer programme LINGO to evaluate the programs.It sets up evaluation target system of national economy, and then, analytic hierarchy process applied, it establishes social value appraisal model of construction projects of logistics park.What's more, based on actual survey and data analysis, this thesis uses the construction programme of Heze Logistics Park as a case to apply its theories.Not only it is significant in theory for booming construction projects of logistics park in high way main center city, but also it has function of directing for similar construction projects. |
