Research On Logistics Park Feasibility Evaluation

As an important foundation of cities, logistics parks are playing a major role in the development of cities. So, the construction and planning of logistics parks become more and more important too. Recently, lots of cities have started building or planning logistics parks and some of them have got favorable results. However, at the same time, logistics parks in some cities didn't get respected purpose because there are no completed feasibility judgments before the construction of logistics parks. It is reported that 60% of built-up logistics parks are left unused. How to make a scientific feasibility judgment to Logistics Park is a question need to be resolved as soon as possible. This paper studies the feasibility judgment of logistics Park and gives out a serious of judgment index and a method.Firstly, this paper reviews the present situation of construction and study of Logistics Park and gives a detail explanation for the concept of Logistics Park. Furthermore, it compares the concept of Logistics Park with logistics center and logistics foundation. Secondly, it analyses the factors related to the construction and operation of Logistics Park. Considering there are too many factors needed in the completed feasibility judgment, these paper uses main factors analyze method to optimize the index. Thirdly, this paper chooses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model from several methods. Last, this paper uses the judgment index and method to judge a planning park in Cheng Du to test its ability.
