The paper mainly expound the transfer of world industry and the change of northeast-Asia container transport network, then analyze furtherly how to lay out reasonably the port of our country in the northeast-Asia area.With the integration of the world economy and the international division of labor further and deeply, nowadays, the world industry transfers is becoming a trend of the economic development in world. The role which the developed and developing country play in the new international division of labor system have changed, and the international status of these countries also had a change, all of these varieties brought about the world trade structure to change. In the northeast-Asia area, the variety of the industry structure and the trade structure promoted the variety of the northeast-Asia port competition structure, also reduced the variety of northeast-Asia of container transport network. The Chinese port status in the northeast-Asia port system will increasingly outstanding, this will bring great opportunity and challenge to Chinese port development.
