As the product homogeneity intensifying, and product profit reducing, the main point of competition gradually shifts. The focus is shifted from product itself to the product services. The post-sale service becomes the key point that enterprise to increase the product attachment value and to enhance the customer degree of satisfaction. Along with the development of enterprise operation, customer not only pay attention to repair, but also the process of consume service. In this process, customer request higher repair rate, timely order completion and friendlier customer experience. Therefore, enterprises need to improve their operation pattern unceasingly, develop the service supply chain in the original pattern, and improve their competition.In the process of constructing the service supply chain, some enterprises obtained some experiences, but, the majority enterprise is in the original stage. Firstly, this article contrasts several concepts of supply chain management with service supply chain management, then give the clear definition. This solves the question of "what is it". Secondly, take a computer company as the research object, analyzes the operation situation of this enterprise, discovered that because of there is not a unification supply chain structure; there are many problems in management aspect, thus caused company's performance is in a lower level. After discovering the root cause, the company improved the original department structure, and established a new organizational structure which is more suited the service supply chain management. Then, the company has developed ERP system, to achieve the information coordination. Finally, modify the service supply chain, in stock management; quality control and performance appraise, to improve supply chain continually.The significance of this paper is not only contrasts the concept then give the clear definition, but also through from a concrete enterprise, analysis its operation, and use service supply chain to solve its problem, proposed method of its further improvement. Simultaneously it provides a model for this kind of enterprise's development.
