R & D Progress Of The Project Planning And Dynamic Management

And strengthen the management of constraints, make project planning with powerful Implementation ability to lay the foundation of effective project management and resource distribution and to improve the R&D efficiency.Finally, in according to the progress of R&D project control processes, the thesis summarized the general control process of R&D project planning and integrated management during planning control, and analyzed the main reason for delay in R&D project progress. With this basis, the project progress dynamic adjustment model is set up; Meanwhile, the thesis proposed PSO algorithm to the model; Subsequently, the case verifies the effectiveness of dynamic adjustment model of R&D project progress and PSO algorithm; Therefore, this model and PSO algorithm laid the foundation for efficient adjustment and control of R&D projects progress.There are many uncertainties in the course of implementing R&D projects, mean while, it is a critical indicator to the success of R&D project whether new product can enter into the market as planned. With the help of R&D project planning and PSO algorithm, companies can shorten R&D project development cycle time and enhance product development efficiency, as well as offering reference practice for process of wireless terminal product development projects and management of progress dynamical adjustment.
