Progress Planning And Need Analysis Of ERP Project Of Angang Group International Trade Corp

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), known as enterprise resource planning management system, is an integrated system of enterprise management concepts, business processes, basic data, human resources, computer hardware and software that can make the enterprise to utilize all the internal and external resources to carry out a comprehensive operation. ERP has great significance in a high degree of popularity of the enterprise computer-aided management, and the efficiency improvement and enhancement of rapid response capabilities.ERP project construction of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation has three phases. The current ERP system has covered all the production processes in the Eastern District including the steelmaing and continuous casting production lines in the northern and southern areas of No.1steelmaking plant, No.2steelmaking plant, the hot rolling production lines in1780and1700areas, the cold rolling and galvanizing production lines of No.1cold rolling and No.2cold rolling areas. But up to now ERP management system has not been implemented in Angang Group International Trade Corp. for the complex production processes, the closeness of the working procedure, the strong continuity of working time, the bulky equipment, and the high production cost. In order to attain the highly efficient integration of the planning management, material management, production management, quality management, product management, sales management, transportation management, financial and statistics management and others, the high-level management of the enterprise has made the decision to establish the ERP system.Starting from the investigation of ERP, the dissertation expounds the status quo of the ERP application and R&D at home and abroad in details, and the situation of the ERP application in the large-scale steel enterprise. Through the full discussion of the ERP application, the dissertation provides the efficient evidence of the establishment of the ERP need. On the basis of it, the paper makes the further analysis and preening of the system condition, the management condition and the process condition of Angang Group International Trade Corp. at present, and puts forward the scientific and rational ERP need plan. Otherwise, the paper uses the theory and method of project management to develop the time schedule of the ERP project of Angang Group International Trade Corp., establish the corresponding project unit, staff and clarify the responsibilities of them.The research achievements in the disseratation have the guiding significance of the design and development of the ERP system of Geneal Chemical Works and guarantee the time and human resources.
