| The automotive industry is a high-input, high-output, high-tech, high-relevance and cluster development industrial sector. It is high in value-added and wide in spread effects, and has great impact on the development of national economy, the increase of employment, the promotion of interrelated industries and the raising of families' standard of living. It has become one of the leading industries of China's economy because of its accelerated growth in recent years. With the accession to the WTO, China's auto market competition situation has become further aggravated. Many famous foreign auto enterprises have entered China more quickly and more in-depth. In face to the intensive competition, how to pinpoint the position in automotive industry, find the disadvantages and Shortcomings, then implement appropriate strategies, becomes the key link of the survival and development of China's automotive enterprises.At first this thesis analyzes the background of automotive enterprise competitiveness evaluation in terms of two points, that is, the industry status of national automotive industry and the competition situation of national auto market. In this way, it points out not only the contribution made by the study of automotive enterprise competitiveness evaluation to the study of enterprise competitiveness, but also its realistic significance. Also it goes over the research conditions and studying literatures of enterprise competitiveness theories, enterprise competitiveness evaluation and automotive enterprise competitiveness. Then, it specific expounded the concept, the content and the component elements of the competitiveness of enterprises. After that, this thesis designs the evaluation index system according the component elements of the competitiveness of enterprises, then, uses the evaluation index system and an evaluative model which is founded by factor analysis approach to evaluate and analyze the China's automotive listed companies as an empirical study. At last, it makes a conclusion in regard to studying achievements, analyzes its deficiencies and puts forward some problems requiring resolution. |
