Thirdly it analyzed the advantages and crux when the Binhai New Area develops the free trade harbor zone, with the characteristics of the free trade harbor zone and the synthetically coordinated reform testing district. Finally it put forward that we need to implement strategic choices of the synthetically coordinated reform in terms of policies, regulatory system, economic management system and function in order to develop the Tianjin Free Trade Harbor Zone.
