| As the development of economic globalization deepening continuously, the free economic zone (FEZ), has played an increasingly important role in expanding international trade, attracting foreign investment, and solve the problems of regional economic. Establishing a free economic zone (FEZ) has become an important method to countries to respond to economic globalization.Although Domestic and foreign scholars have made thousands of cases study and empirical analysis on the concept, types, preferential policies establishment of free zones, reason for foreign direct investment in labor-intensive industries and the problem that cost and benefit is reasonable or not.etc, summarized and built up a free trade port/regional trade creation and transfer theory, spatial and structural change models, the welfare effects and effectiveness evaluation model. Most of these studies analyze and explain the basic problem of the free economic zone based on location theory, trade theory and economic theory, and have not formed a complete and independent theoretical system, lack of case studies of a generally summary of the evolution model of a free economic zone and the study of the dynamic mechanism model, as well as new dynamic mechanism and a new model of a free economic zone of China and other developing countries and countries in transition to set up a free trade port/area. It is unusual yet to explore the development of free economic zone in the dynamic mechanism on the point of view of dynamic mechanism and quantitative research methods.Therefore, this paper is under this background. Firstly, the paper summarized the development of the evolution of free economic zone, and made qualitative analysis of the free economic zone in the evolution of dynamic factors. Secondly referred to the evaluation study of the domestic free economic zone, establishing a free economic zone development and evolution of the dynamic mechanism model and index system on mainly the policy, market dynamics, environmental, power, industrial power, elements of power, the effectiveness of dynamic and innovative power of these seven aspects to explore the main driving force to the development of free economic zone. According to evolution of the dynamic mechanism model based on the development of free economic zone, combined with the actual situation of the Tianjin Binhai New Area, did the index selection, and established a free economic zone development dynamic mechanism model of Tianjin Binhai New Area. Through research, expert questionnaires and other forms of data collection, comprehensively used AHP and the fuzzy evaluation of quantitative analysis methods to analyze the development status of the Free and the main driving force of the bonded port of Tianjin Binhai New Area/District. Combined with the evaluation results, it suggested the development model and approaches in future of Binhai New Area on the basis of the existing main driving force. |
