Finally the paper will also provide rational advice for consummating each management mechanism, making scientific and reasonable medicine price, and tackling the problem of the common people to see a doctor expensively difficultly, and provide the basis for decision-making from now on.The questionnaire is dealt with Factor Analysis, ANOVA, Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis and so on. The main results are as follows:1. The quality of medicine centralized purchase by bidding can be evaluated by quality factor, correcting factor, price factor, order factor and price fixing factor.2. The dimensionality of medicine centralized purchase by bidding has no significant difference between different questionnaires character. Therefore, we can investigate the commonness by questionnaires to provide advices for improve the quality of medicine centralized purchase by bidding.3. The five factors in medicine centralized purchase by bidding are positive correlated with estimation of work quality significantly. They also have distinct forecasting effect which is reduced in the sequence of quality factor, correcting factor, price factor, order factor and price fixing factor.
