Labor dispatch is a new phenomenon of China's labor market and employment forms. Since the 1990s, with the free movement of labor resources, the increasing costs in human resources management , the change in concepts of employment and the pattern of employment, labor dispatch as a flexible means of employment have obtained a quickly development, and gradually become familiar with and approved by the society. The emergence of labor dispatch play an active role in witch it could help the employment units to save the costs of management, increase labor flexibility, expand employment channels ,decrease the employment pressure and promote the allocation of resources. We should not overlook that labor dispatch is a double-edged sword, the separation of employment and use which is the solo characteristics of the labor dispatch. Not only it make a multi-win-win among the social dimension, labor dispatch agencies, employment units as well as the dispatched employee at the same time, but also have the inherent limitations. All the parties included have to face many risks. Labor dispatch could make the term of labor relations shorter, low the quality of employment, damage the interests of employee's. Labor dispatch is a long-term phenomenon and there are many special things in the construction of harmonious society of the country's socialist at this period. In the current stage, how to make appropriate standards of labor dispatch, to propose reasonable measures to reduce the potential impact on the China's labor law and the labor relations system, and to explore the path of development of labor dispatch and many other issues. There is an urgent need for research of labor dispatch. So, this topic is based on the background above.At present, the study of specific problems in China's labor dispatch is at the early stage, how to deepen and do specific research in this is a question we have to face to at present and in the future. In this paper, I make "the standardization study of China's of labor dispatch" as the theme. At first, I define the concept of labor dispatch and describe the theory in order to determine the study subject and put forward the issue in the current, and then analysis the reasons of the development of labor dispatch at the base of review of experience in the Europe developed countries. And finally demonstrate the argument of measures and suggestions on how to standardize China's labor dispatch. In this paper, the discussion of China's labor dispatch is at the early stage, this issue will throw out a brick and attract a jade in order to lead this to a deeper level, and come up with more thoughts. In this paper, by the use of normative analysis and empirical analysis, and on the basis of the analysis of the basic theory, the comparative analysis on relevant situation, reasons, experience at home and abroad to demonstrate the argumentation and to put forward the suggestions from all the main labor forces relevant, the Government and the labor union's point of views.
