As a new configuration mode of human resource, labor dispatching has its particular superiority and function. However, just like any emerging things, labor dispatching also inevitably confronts varieties of problems during practice. Law of the People’s Republic of China on employment Contract has made standards and restrictions from the aspects of law. However, judging from the practice effect, labor dispatching has not been so much effective during the past three years. In spite of its negative effects in real life,, labor dispatching enriches the modes of enterprise management. In the increasingly fierce competition, it can reduce some administrative departments, the expense caused by recruit, training and management, enabling the enterprises to concentrate on the improvement of its core competence. The realistic significance of this paper lies not only in the issue of management or economy but also in the stability of the society. On the one hand, by regulating labor dispatching, a harmonious and stable labor relation can be established; Labor dispute and mass incident can be avoided. On the other hand, making full use of the advantages of labor dispatching will ensure a proper and orderly mobility of labor, mollify the pressure of structural unemployment and reduce social contradictions caused by insufficient employment.This text adopts the researching method, interviewing method and case-analyzing method, by the systematical presentation to the developing status of labor source detachment and the problems and its active sense in promoting the fair employment of our country and put forward referential suggestions to the criterion of our country’s labor detachment in the terms of improving the labor detachment law system and strengthening governmental function, hoping to apply it to the healthy development of our country’s labor detachment in practice.
