Northwest Population, Environmental And Economic And Social Development Of The Evaluation Study

With the developing of industry, the contradiction among population , environment and economy society is more and more outstanding. It has been become one of the hot spots of sustainable development studies that how to appraise if the regional development is in harmony and how to make those three factors developing with the coordinated direction. Northwest China including Shaanxi Province, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Gansu Province, Qinghai Province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the inland of China. Since the fragile natural environment, low economic development level and rapid growth of population, there has been a vicious circle among the three aspects in Northwest China . Those issues have attracted much attentions of the central and local government as well as the scholars. This paper analyzed quantitatively on the relationship and coordinated growth situation between population, environment and economy society factors of the northwest China , and draws a series of conclusions and policy suggestions.The paper is organized as follows: First, we will give a brief introduction and history of the coordinated growth of the population, environment and economy society, it is the theoretic basement of this research; then, give a brief introduction of the population, environment and economy society situation and relationship among those three factors in Northwest China; Third, using the methods of Blurry Subjection Degree and Blurry Subjection Degree Function in Fuzzy mathematics, we make a quantitative research on the coordinated growth situation between population, environment and economy society factors of the northwest China, and draw a series conclusions ; Finally, we give a series policy suggestions.The conclusions are as follows: Northwest China belongs to a region with the primary coordinated development, and environment problem is the weakness tache; Both Shaanxi Province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region belong to the regions with the intermediate coordinated development, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Gansu Province and Qinghai Province are in the low-grade maladjustment; Environment problem is the reason which restrict the sustainable development of Shaanxi Province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, while other three provinces is population problem.
