The Study On Coordinative Develpoment Law Between Economy And Environment Of ShanDong Province

This paper selects Shandong Province for studying region, profits from home and abroad already having research result, bases on the related theories of economy and environment coordinated develpoment, have made an overall evaluation on economy and environment coordinated develpoment situation for Shandong province with the model method.This papert first summarises the background, meaning, domestic and foreign research status quo of the research, study contents, method and thought. The method and thought is analysis and prediction on economy and environment coordinated develpoment situation for Shandong province from temporal angle, analyzes of the condition of economy and environment coordinated develpoment of 17 cities in Shandong Province by the coordination degree model, prodicets the condition of economy and environment coordinated develpoment foe Shandong Province by the regression analysis model, and analyzes the related indexes of economy and environment by SPSS.Secondly, this paper analyses the dialectical relationship of economy and environment on the base of the domestic and foreign research status quo of the research, it includes two contents: the dialectical relationship of economy and environment and the basic theories for carrying out evaluation on economy and environment coordinated develpoment, including the theory of region sustainable development, the theory of environmental economics, the theory of region economics and the theory of ecological economics.Then, the paper in view of the Shandong economy and environment development condition, has established valuational index system of economy and environment coordinated development, and has carried out the synthesis valuation on Shandong economical and ecological environment coordinated development condition at the industrial initial stage and middle stage of Shandong Province. The main conclusion is the trend of evaluation on Shandong′s economy and ecological environment coordinated develpoment wholly uping at the industrial initial stage and middle stage of Shandong Province; predicts that the economy and environment coordinated develpoment situation for Shandong province will to be excellent in 2015; makes the variance analysis on coordinated development of 17 cities in Shandong Province, and the main conclusion is the condition of economy and environment coordinated develpoment of 17 cities in Shandong Province having bigger difference,the performence is the eastern area is generally higher than the western area, the coastal area is higher than the interior area, and the region difference inceasingly expands; analyzes the related indexes of economy and environment, and the main conclusion is at the industrial initial stage, the correlation of GDP and cultivated area is maximum, and at the industrial moddile stage, the correlation of GDP and the total production of energy is maximum; combining with results, summarizes coordinative develpoment law between economy and environment of ShanDong Province.Finally, in view of economy and ecological environment development condition in Shandong, this chapter brings forward couterrmeasures to promote economy and environment coordinated development of Shandong Province.
