It takes relatively cheapness labor force, but because of the huge amount, it also takes heaviness employment press. And the transfer of China surplus rural labor has its own characteristics and the history leave problem made special thing very complexity. Now the theory of labor transfer is very not enough. The social and economic problem take by the transfer labor force must be solving nowadays. The first chapter introduces the research actuality of labor transfer theory and the research background for this paper. Basic conclusions are: the income of transfer labor directly influences the amount of transfer labor: Farmer family's work income influence opposition the transfer amount.
