With the rapid development of e-commerce in my country,the demand for the transportation of goods continues to increase,which makes my country’s express delivery industry also achieve great development and is playing an increasingly important role in economic activities.As a large-scale logistics company,SF Company provides customers with logistics services such as warehousing,transportation,and freight forwarding.Due to its high-quality and efficient services,it quickly occupies the market.However,in recent years,with the growth of scale and volume,SF’s management methods in warehouse management have become cumbersome and backward,and the time limit for entering and leaving warehouses has begun to lag,which has seriously hindered the efficiency of warehouse operations.Therefore,in order to maintain SF’s competitiveness in the industry,it is urgent to improve and optimize warehouse management.Based on this,this thesis takes the warehouse of SF company F city as the research object,and conducts an in-depth study of the current situation of warehouse management,aiming to find out the problems and efficiency bottlenecks in the process of warehouse management,and propose solutions for the problems.This thesis uses literature research method and questionnaire survey method to carry out in-depth research on warehouse management process.The article first introduces the current research status at home and abroad,and summarizes the current situation of SF company’s warehouse in F city.Management research ideas,content and methods.Secondly,combined with the concept and theoretical methods of warehouse management,as well as the operation status of SF company F city,a questionnaire survey was carried out on the relevant personnel of the F city warehouse,and a systematic analysis of the main problems existing in the current warehouse management process of the F city warehouse was carried out.analyze.The analysis found that the main core problems of low warehouse operation efficiency in F City lie in five aspects:imperfect warehouse management process,unreasonable warehouse layout planning,insufficient warehouse equipment,insufficient management personnel,and insufficient information application.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the warehouse management of SF company’s F city warehouse,combined with the ABC classification method and the ARD relationship analysis method,the paper proposes improvement plans for warehouse layout planning,warehouse management operation process,equipment use,talent management,etc.The improvement plan proposes practical and safeguard measures.Through the analysis and optimization of SF company’s warehouse in F city,it will help to improve the warehouse operation efficiency of SF company’s warehouse in F city,thereby improving the level of warehouse management,and can also provide a certain reference for other warehouses in SF company with similar scenarios. |
