Status Quo And Development Of Agricultural Economic Organizations

With the development of socialist market economy, commercialization, marketization, and internationalization of the agiculture are the necessary trends. The key of the process are the change from the traditional agriculture to the modern agriculture. The change relys on the improvement of the agiricultural organization level. Many specialists have already have the common senses to improve the organization level, to liberate the farmers from private producing and conduct business associated with the agriculture industry, and also to dig the potencial of the agriculture to solve"San Nong problems". The fine organization form is the guarantee to improve the efficiency of the business operations, and to cultivate the competitive advantages. Since the reformation of the economy, the country in Jiangsu province had been experiencing several induced-institutions, such as the household contract responsibility system, rapidely arising of the township enterprises, totally improvement of the industrialization of agriculture, urbanization development of rural area, the arising of the private business. The country economy and society have been developed consistantly. At present, there are many agricultural economic organizations in Jiangsu province. However, the efficiency of those economic organizations are hugely different, influencing the enthusiasm of the farmers to join those organizations. Therefore, from the point of view of the organizational efficiency and farmer's selections, this reseach is analyzing the organizational models, characteristics, effects, and factors influencing the organization efficiency, to explore the methods of the development of the agricultural economic organizations.The methodology of this research involves the interaction of the neoclassical economics, neo-institutional economics, and modern organization theories. At the same time it emphasize the use of organization efficiency theory. This research is applying Analytic Hierarchy Process which integrates qualitative analysis with quantitive analysis to sequence the classic agricultural econimic organizations and to make the conclusions at the theoritical point of view. By the structural analysis and comparative analysis, this reseach exlpores the effects and problems of the wholeagricultural economic organizations in three areas in Jiangsu province. In addition, based on the descriptive analysis, this reseach applies the logistical regresstion analysis to analyze various factors that influence the willingness of the farmers to join the agricultural economic organizations. The conclusion of the research is made accordlingly. The talents of the labor force determine the improvement of the agriculture systemization and development of the agricultural economy. The limited size of the usable land constrains the development of the agricultural economic organiztion and the willingness of farmers to join them. Currently, the characteristics of the agricultural economic organization styles are of diversity in Jiangsu province. The research also found the important role of the Government. Based on the comparation of the effects of the agricultural economic organization and the efficiency, the willingness of the farmers are quite different from the analysis of the theories. Therefore, to develop the agricultural economic organizations in Jiangsu province, firstly, it is necessary to empower the usage of the land and to develop the massive business. Secondly, put the emphasis on firms of agricultural economic organizations, to improve the efficiency of the organization. Thirdly, respect the main postion of the farmers, focusing on the development of the cooperative agricultural economic organizations. To be of sure, the education should be improved to train the talents of farmers, and on the other hand, it is important to change the role of the Government to confirm the servering purpose.
