Because of the deepening of economic globalization, modern enterprises are facing a rapidly changing and highly competitive environment for existence and development. In this case, well management has increasingly become a decisive factor, reform and innovation has become the main theme of the challenge and enterprise diagnosis is an important means of improving corporate governance, and gradually importance in enterprises. Enterprises need to have a healthy organizational to play management functions effectively. Many problems of enterprises is largely caused by the internal organization and organizational diagnosis is the basis for enterprise diagnosis.This study choose manufacturing enterprises in Nanjing as the research object to try to build a comprehensive model of organizational diagnosis system. Around this core issue, the text carry out three aspects of the research work.Firstly, it describes the research background and significance. Secondly, it builds a theoretical model of organizational diagnostic systems on the basis of vast literature and considers that enterprises can choose four aspects of the organization to diagnose: organizational culture, organizational structure, organizational learning and organizational inertia. Finally, through the organization of diagnostic questionnaire about manufacturing enterprises in Nanjing and using statistical analysis software SPSS 17.0 to carry on reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, this paper verifies rationality about four content of organizational diagnostic as well as the relationship between organizational performance, thus further validate the theoretical model of organizational diagnosis system. In the concluding part of the article, it proposes the recommendations of organizational management practices and points out the lack of this study as well as the outlook for future research.Through this research, I hope for the enterprises in the diagnosis of the organization to provide some theoretical guidance, but also hope this article make some contribution to enrich and improve relevant theories of organizational diagnosis.
