Along with the swift development of information and communication technology, the information industries already became leading industry of a country and the area whether to realize the new round economic growth. The information industries are also the opportunity of our country for realizing leap development.Since the mid-1990s, the infomationization industrial fused by the three big industrious of the telecommunication, the broadcast television, the publishing, which received more and more world widespread attention by the academia and the business. One hand, the Internet technology as the foundation platform, the three big industries move toward digital convergence, the industrial boundary fuzzy and even to vanish; On the other hand, the recent information technology products and service appear one after another, which create the new market demands, and satisfy people's material and living standard needs. We can say that the information industries' Integration already became new fountainhead, the new power for the information industries development and even the economic growth.This article theoretically discusses the industrial Integration and the industrial competitive power's promotion, analyses the relationship between the industrial Integration and the industrial competitive and obtains the conclusion of industrial competitive can be promoted by industrial Integration. Simultaneously, in view of the importance of information industries, this article decides to discuss Chinese information industries developmental influence by the industrial Integration, and the information industries as the example. The author through three aspects, the SCP model, the diamond model, the innovation pattern analyze the relationship between the industrial Integration and the industrial competitive power. 1. The industrial Integration has broken the industrial separation, forms the new market mechanism; changed the market behavior; enhance the market achievements; however, industrial Integration promotes the industry competitive power. 2. The industrial Integration improved primary factors of diamond model, element of production, demand condition, related and supporting industry, business strategy, structure and competition, and made the industry competitive power promote. Through the analysis of industry Integration innovation, the industrial Integration innovation pattern, obtains a conclusion that is the industrial innovation pattern possibly promotes the industrial competitive power. And last, gets the conclusion of the industrial competitive power can be possibly promoted by the industrial Integration possible. The fourth chapter analyses present situation of our country information industries, and discovers the barrier which appeared in the process of information industries Integration.
