| At present, industrial colony is not only the most important way to improve industrial competitiveness but also the main form in industrial development, of which the information industries grow the fastest, using the most foreign capital.So information industries gradually become Hunan area's pillar industry. Specially since the year 2008, Hunan Province have insisted on advancing "three basics" with unflinching perseverance, the distinct turnaround in performance, after stepping over ten thousand hundred million Yuan. Developing the information industries and cultivating new economic growth point even become the urgent strategic duty to accelerate Hunan economy development and social progress. Among those development of information industries at home and abroad, the information industries mainly behave and develop in colony's form, also participate in the market competition and exhibits enormous economic vitality.This article profits from the industrial economics, the regional economics, the econometrics and also some theory concerned, takes Hunan Province's information industries as the object of study, building on past research achievements from home and abroad, related with Hunan Province's reality, carry out the theoretical research and empirical analysis.To begin with, the paper has analyzed the industrial colony's formation and the competitive power superiority, as well as the unique characteristic of information industries theoretically. Afterwards, it reviews on the development of information industries in Hunan Province, carries out the qualitative analysis of Hunan Province's information industries'competitive power, using the baud diamond model. Considering the existing situation, it still needs further development on the supply of raw material, the demand pull and the related industrial chain. And then based on the above foundation, this article constructs the information industries competitive power evaluation model and introduces principal components analytic method, finally carry on competitive power appraisal among Hunan Province and 8 other provinces from the middle,east and west by 10 evaluating indicators. By comparing the quantitative analysis of this disparity, we discovered that the degree of Hunan Province's information industries collection is not so good, its competitive power also keeps some pace with the developed eastern area. Then this article presents the growth status and characteristic of the two successful information industries colony, US Silicon Valley and the Yangtse Delta in the microscopic level, and compare and evaluate it with the present situation in Hunan Province, making every effort to discover its successful experience, which dose good to the greater progress of Hunan Province's formation industries.Considering influencing factor analysis and competitive power quality synthetic evaluation result as well as the two successful information industries colony's experience, the article points out that Hunan information industries must strengthen the competitive power further, take advantage of the existing foundation and superiority, pays special attention to the core basic industry, constructs a new innovation system, expands industry colony scale, innovates investment approach positively, proactively facilitate the shift of industry from developed countries, set up new and improve existing mechanisms to encourage venture investment, meanwhile strengthen the policy support. |
