Compensation design is the premise and an important component for the enterprise to establish the modern salary management system. The main purpose of an enterprise's compensation design is to attract excellent talents, earn its anticipant profit and realize its sustainable development by constructing competitive salary in the framework of enterprise's management strategy.Today human capital has been a key to enterprise's success, so designing a reasonable salary management system being suitable for its growth, it has profound significance for a pharmaceutical enterprise to structure development strategy, adapt personnel competitive mechanism, improve competitive competence, and promote its reformation and development. At present, many pharmaceutical enterprises in China all confront a trouble that is long-term unreasonable compensation system causing the long-term incentive problem for stuff.According to the problem, this paper chooses one of pharmaceutical enterprises in Yunnan province as a case to make an analysis of wage status nowadays. It firstly does a classification for more than 200 positions in this company and offers the different salary materials of different posts, and then points out problems by analyzing its current wage scheme. Based on this, the essay gives some adjustment and improvement measures that can direct the human resources development and management of the company both in theory and practice. Furthermore, the paper designs a compensation system by combining relative administration principles with the real case, which may furnish a reference for the salary management of pharmaceutical enterprises in China.
