Along with the rapid development of information technology , Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system being as the representation of modern information technology, has been the focus of overseas and domestic enterprises gradually, and in the practice of revolution of management mode and management methods, it has been recognized that if the company wants to be succeed in the information construction, it must implement Business Process Reengineering(BPR) to adjust and optimize its business processes by the means of ERP system as modern management methods, so to make best use of all of the resources.
