Under the furious competition, companies have to come across the survival crisis. As this, need the firms to carefully examine the management mechanism, the management pattern, the operation flow and so on, instills the new power for the enterprise development, and adapts day by day the intense market shift and the competition need.This paper applies Porter's The Value Chain Theory to analyze the AV Company's operating business processes system: First of all, describe the AV Company's value chain model. Meanwhile, further analyzing the AV Company's value chain by qualitative and quantitative concepts。Secondly, having an objective evaluation of the current problems within the value chain management, and analyzing the root cause.
